Can I keep my phone number?
Yes! You may simply forward your existing phone number to us.

Will you provide me a phone number if i don’t have one?
Yes! We assign an exclusive local or toll-free number dedicated to each client. This number can be used on your own for business cards, letterhead or advertising promotions.

What are your business hours?
Our team of virtual live receptionists answers live 24/7 365 days.

I already have a receptionist. Can I still use your services ?
Yes! You can use Voice OnClick as a back office. You can forward your number to us at lunch breaks, after business hours, when there is no answer to your phone or when your phone line is busy.

Will you answer all my calls live?
Yes! Every call that comes in is answered by one of our friendly, live receptionists.

What will the receptionists say when they answer the phone?
Our live receptionists will answer your calls with your personalized greeting ( Ex; Thank you for calling “your company name”, How may I help you?). Greetings are completely customizable.

Where do you transfer the calls to ?
Our live receptionists can transfer calls to any phone number you want (other than the one forwarded to us), whether it’s your office, home or cell phone.

Can I have multiple staff members configured on my account, with their own answering scripts?
Yes! Each member of your company can give us a different set of instructions on how to handle their calls, including specific instructions for individual callers and expected calls.

What if I’m not available to take calls?
When you’re unavailable, our live receptionists can take a message, transfer caller to your voicemail, or offer the caller to choice between these two options.

How will I receive my messages from callers?
You may choose to have your messages emailed or texted to you, or both.

How will I receive my voice mail messages?
Voice mail messages will be emailed to you in an attached .wav file.

Can I add additional voice mail boxes to my plan?
Yes! Additional voice mail boxes can be added to each plan for just $10 per month per voicemail box.

What is a “live minute”?
You will only be charged for the calls handled by our live operator, there are no additional charges for per transfer, per message, or for the time that you talk to your callers after we transferred the caller to you.

What happens if I go over the minutes on my plan?
Additional minutes are prorated. You can change your plan at any time.

Can i keep my existing phone system?
Yes. Voice OnClick’s live answering service is compatible with all virtual or onsite phone systems, as long as they have call forwarding option. Just point your systems call routing to your Voice OnClick forwarding number and our live receptionists will always be ready to answer your calls at the end of the line.

Anywhere in the United States.
